Our approach to INTERIM and SECONDMENT
Step 1: Preparation of job description.
You know what you are looking for and we have the knowledge to properly assess who you need. Together we will prepare a profile so we can start looking.
Step 2: Search.
We will promote the assignment from without our network of active digital marketing interim professionals. Subsequently we also use social media channels like LinkedIn and Facebook.
Step 3: Checking availability.
After preparing a list of candidates we will call the candidates to see whether the interim professional is suitable for the assignment and whether he/she is actually available. If the candidate is new to us, the candidate will first be screened before being proposed.
Step 4: Report.
We like to keep things short and simple and therefore we will send you a report with the possible candidates, their hourly rates and an overview of the mutual expectations of both parties.
Step 5: interview.
After finding the suitable candidate, the interviewing process will start. We will guide everything from the beginning to the end. The planning and elaboration of the interview are also our responsibility. We use a model agreement in accordance with the DBA Act and if necessary we can provide pre-financing.
